Matériels et méthodes:
Pour obtenir des œufs fécondés la procédure suivante a été adopté. abord choisi la géniteurs femelles sur la base des observations visuelles du ventre bombé et un suintement sur les ovules peu de pression. Les femelles ont été sélectionnés dans les grandes Hommes creux en plastique.
